Submission Agreement
By submitting and uploading content to PETEY.TV, you make certain promises,
representations and warranties. Most of these are clearly spelled out in the Terms of Use and are specifically adopted by reference and incorporated herein.
In addition, you promise, represent and warrant as follows:
- You have read and agreed to the Terms of Use.
- You are the copyright owner or an agent thereof for the content to be submitted.
- You have the authority to and are granting license to PETEY to broadcast
or otherwise use the content in accordance with the Terms
of Use.
- You agree to defend, indemnify and hold PETEY harmless for any claims
arising out of the content to be submitted.
- You agree that, in the event any or all of your content is removed from
PETEY for being in conflict with the Terms of Use or at your request, you
will not be entitled to any damages.
- You are over 18 years of age, or if under 18 years of age, that you have
the express written approval of your parent and/or legal guardian to submit
the content and agree to the Terms of Use.
